New Here, Not New To Weight Loss!

Hi!

I just added a ticker to my sig, so you can see I'm just 1 lb short of 20 lbs lost! Maybe tomorrow I'll be brave enough to show some before/during pics if I even have any.

I wanted to know, does anyone here do their exercises with the Nintendo Wii? Because the main part of the weight that I've lost so far I can give credit to my Nintendo Wii. I play Wii Sports and Wii Fit pretty much every day for about half an hour. I know, it's not much, but coupled with eating less/healthier, I think I'm doing pretty good.

I also started a twice a week step aerobics class that is an hour a piece last week. Talk about sweating! Well, they said the air conditioning wasn't working last week though. I'm such a baby! How do people live without air conditioning or fans? What a little whiny baby am I? :cuss: I hate that I complain so much.

Anyway, hope to be at 151 tomorrow, so that I will have lost 20 lbs. That will be cool!

Playing With The Nieces and Nephew!

Hello!

Looks like my main kind of exercise today is going to be playing with the nieces and nephew! How much does that count? Oh boy, I wish that singing counted as an exercise... I know it doesn't, but DANCING does! No matter how bad it is!

So we (my mom and I) babysit my nephew from now until 3pm and the girls from then until 7 pm. Tough day.

Well, off to play!
