Hello I am Jennifer,
I need advice. I want to lose as much weight as possible in a healthy manner by the end of June. I have a big swimming party June 30. And would like to feel a little better about my body before then.
That gives me 4 weeks. I want to lose like 10, maybe even 15 pounds. I was thinkin' about going on the Weight Watchers diet, but other than the points - I don't know what foods to eat such as how many carbs, fats, ECT.
And working out, what's a fast way to slim your stomach, love handles, and tops of the arms.
I would also like to work on my chest and thighs and butt. But the others will actually be showing at the party.
Advice? What to eat? What kind of work out?
I'm willing to work hard, as long as I know what I'm doing to get to my goal.
