Well good protein snacks that i have been using that i enjoy are just basic shakes, bananas, yogurt, Peanut butter, Plain nuts maybe even a protein bar if there sold near you.
You should increase the weight slowly and go to a weight that you can still handle. Someone else may be able to give more specific info.

I personally like the Banana Protein Shake recipe and also the Strawberry Nut Shake.

You should also ask your father for more advice if he was a former bodybuilder...

By the way welcome to the forum :). It's a great place, you should stick around.

Cheers!

If you are looking for strength low reps and lots of food always helped me. When I was eating 4500 to 5000 calories a day I felt like I was on steroids. I added 90 lbs to my squat in like 5 months. You want to focus on squats and deadlifts as well as olympic lifts like power cleans. The squat and deadlift are great for strength gains and the olympic lifts convert that strenth into power.

like, what would be a good schedule to workout and eat in colaboration. like 7 meals a day with 2 work out sessions and like what food and when?

Of course many of protein foods and you should workout around 3-5 days a week with 1-2 sessions a day. Best time to workout would be early in the morning or maybe before or after dinner.

thank you, i really appriciate your help, oh and do u have any advise on supllements i should take?

Well if you can get protein powders near where you live then go for a highly rated one that they recommend near you. Also Creatine if they have that.

Plenty of raw eggs! Great supplement i use..Nuts, bananas, Protein shakes (Find a list of protein shake recipes here: Bodybuilding.com - Bodybuilding.com Writer - Protein Shake Recipes.) all that kind of stuff!
