Hey guys and gals
, new here. Must say its pretty amazing to see before/after shots, for the most part gives more motivation for one to keep going until the goal is reached.
Ill try to keep my story short but after finishing High school i was in great shape, 195lbs pretty fit but as the years went on the activity level decreased and stress level increased due to school, forced me to hit my ultimate high of 275lbs.

Well about 7 months back after a pretty bad relationship breakup I needed something to get my mind off of what was going on so i started working out again. Within the two month i lost 35-40lbs. After that I decided to keep a photo journal of my progress.
Started taking photos in April where i was about 240lbs and each photo following that was -10lbs.
Went from a 38" to now 32" waist
I still have yet to take a more current photo. The only difference i probably noticed is just my stomach/chest getting more flat/tight. During the whole time i have been depending on just weight training and have done almost no cardio, so as soon as i stop being lazy and start a cardio routine im sure I would be able to hit my goal of 185 before the summer ends.
Well thanks for looking/reading and I cant wait to learn/share ideas with what appears to be a close community
