Hello all new to forums here just starting my weight loss plan diet and excersice plan! Well this has been kinda strange for me about 3 years ago i joined the Wisconsin Army National Guard I did about 9 months training of every day pysical training when I came back I loved working out and looking good well I soon became lazy and started eating to much as i did before i joined, When I came home I was 155 and very well in shape. Today three years later and far to long inbetween im decieding I am far to unhealthy and out of shape. I currently weigh 190 and my goal is to get around 150-160 before I start trying to weightlift hardcore again. I was just wondering some tips to jump start me as when I was in basic training and ait I was feed and doing w/e psyical activites a day that we did! During my weight loss journey I would like to do maybe 3 day of light weight lifting a day and like 3 maybe of cardio??? I guess my next question is say if I do decied to lift heavier a few of the weeks would a protien supplment be a bad idea? I dont care about the number on the scale i just want to look good again and not be out of breath walking up the stairs! Well here are be reverse before and after pictures :*(. I just started kicking my bad habbits and excersicing daily with just random old army workouts we did, I also drank probably 3 full strength sodas a day needless to say I've went to straight water. First 2 pics are 3 years ago and 2nd 2 are recent pictures of me at 190!
