Click the pictures in my signature too, but I wanted to post here also! I know for me, looking at my past and present pictures really helps to keep me motivated. Also I remember looking at the pictures of me at 300lbs and saying wow I looked like that??? We all have a "mental picture" of ourselves and sometimes it might not be what we think :p

I am not done yet.. 50lbs more to go!

Great Work!

I really enjoy looking at before and after pictures. Especially in cases like this. Being someone who was up around 350lbs at my heaviest I can totally relate. I can see in your eyes and facial expressions in your pictures the way I used to feel and look too. I and I am sure everyone here is very proud of you! Keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing the picture at your goal!

Girl...I know exactly what you mean with the mental image thing! That's why I've taken a million pictures of myself to keep me motivated! You look awesome...keep up the great work!

Thank you :)

Just a few months ago I dug out all of those pictures. And let me tell you, I had to some serious searching! I avoided the camera like the plague then and would delete it immediately off a digital camera! Im more comfortable now but still.. a bit hesitant. But it still keeps my perspective right. So my advice, dig out all those pictures you have buried in some shoe box under your bed and continue to take pictures of your progress :) Take some only you will see too ;) Several months ago at Thanksgiving I didn't see myself of being even that heavy, then I saw the pics and I thought ugg I'm still fat! Once again its the "mental image" taking over..

Thank you all for your kind words and I will keep you all updated on new pics!

Wow, you are beautiful! What an inspiration you are! You are going to motivate me to keep going and going! Thanks for sharing!
