New here and need some help with new routine

Well I guess I can start by explaing my body type.im 5'2 103lbs. upper body is fit, abs and all from no physical activity other than breathing. LOL my main concern is my upper thighs and butt. I would basically like to loose the layers of fat in that area and tighten up.. with no gaining of mucles mass. I would also like to strengthen my heart and lungs cuz i have asthma and die from stairs hahah. Here is what i have put together for a work out
-Monday-1 hour Pilates matt & 30 min stationary bike
-Tuesday- nothing
-Wedneday-1 hour pilates reformer and cadillac (machines) & 30 min bike
-Thurday- 1 hour pilates reformer and cadillac (machines) & 30 min bike
-Friday- 1 hour yoga & 30 min bike
-Satuday- 1 hour Pilates matt
-Sunday- 30 min bike
I would liek to know if the bike is the right cardio machine for me or maybe a treadmill, stairmill or elliptical or a combo perhaphs?
also as much critisizm as you all would like to add.. i know nothign about fitness so enlighten me

Try your program and see if it works. It doesn't matter what cardio machine you use... pick the one you like best and the one that will keep you motivated. In your 30 minutes try doing intervals (easier intensity for a minute and then higher intensity for a minute; back to lower intensity for a minute and so on).

I love and recommend strength training to everyone. I'll leave it out here and suggest you follow the program you have above because some Pilates and Yoga classes can give you a nice workout. Some can... most don't. It depends on the actual instructor.

Most of your concern has to do with nutrition though. If your nutrition is off... then you're working against yourself. You already have a small frame and size so nutrition and strength training are going to be key for you to lose any body fat.
