Hey whats up guys my name is Edgar im new to the forum just wanted to get to get some advise from other people on getting to where I want my body to be.
Just wanted to introduce myself.

One mojor thing I wanted to focus on while im here is what do alot of you do to loose stomach? Any advise will help. I really want to loose that belly.
 
for men, the stomach is the main fat storage area. to lose it you must lower your overall body fat, and that means a clean diet.

if you were ever extremely overweight, you may have stretched the skin, so while you could lose the fat, you'd have some extra skin 'hanging' there, and it'd hide your 6-pack.

Don't even worry about that though, as you'll need to get into single digit bodyfat % before you'll see abs popping thru.

Well there is alot of history with me.
Here it goes I hope I dont bored you.

Im only 18 im in pretty good shape for what happend to me. I got in a real bad car accident that made me go to the hospital I was in there for like 3 months and yes right now I am not able to run at all. I can walk pretty good on the tread mill at a 3.4 pace. When I got out of the hospital I was 165 lbs now im 215 around that area. I am 6'1. My arms and everything is ok because yes I am lifting weights and ive been in the gym for 14 weeks now. I’m pretty strong but that’s not really what I want to be. Since I gained alot of weight well sort of yes I do have stretch marks on my glut area on the side and on the top of my chest. I want to loose weight like all the tummy fat and get in better shape. I need allot of help writing a diet and sticking with it.
Right now I can bench 280 since I sorta work out my chest a lot.

I am really didicated to looseing weight. If I could run I really would. I have found a alternative for my cardio workout. Im looking in loosing 10lbs and keep on my workout that I am on. If someone can help me write a diet and what to do on a weekly basis with my workouts I would greatly appreciated.
I have a big chest and I know that if I lost some fat that is packed in my chest area it would look much better. For it ive been doing de cline in alot of reps.
Ill be going to physical therapy here in the Spring and get myself back to where I can run.

Excellent progress bro! I wish I could bench 280. Maybe I'll catch up with ya in 3 months and be able to. With your dedication, you will easily reach your goals.

Stick to low fat, high protien foods. Cottage cheese, ribeyes, turkey, salmon, oatmeal. The normal cutting foods.

Thank you. I just want to get rid of this belly and alot of fat you know. Im stepping it up on the 3rd. I will post my workout plan. If anyone can help me with the food diet thanks.
 
start simple and work your way up. 10-20 minutes of low intensity cardio every other day is an idea to get going. bike, walk, stairs, rollerblading, etc

dont concern yourself with heart rate or fat burning zone or whatever. just get in there and start moving. :)

Thanks ive been doinh 15 min 3 days a week.
Monday I will post up what ill be doing and getting some more pointers.
