Just wanted to introduce myself. I decided about three weeks ago to get fitter and healthier . I have never been way over weight but always been over weight. So three weeks ago I started eating better and started to workout. I would like to get down to 180. Right now I have lost about 3 pounds and weight 200. I decided to join the forum for a little extra support and help to get me where I need to be.
 
First of all welcome to the forum buddy. I want to give you a little suggestion regarding your weight loss program. I would recommend you practise squats. i have recently opt that too and trust it WORKS. You can search for it over the web. It is really helpful as it focuses 9 muscles of your body in one go. It is extremely helpful in losing fat.

Actually I just got a kettle bell workout routine that I do. It is about 30 min long and about 20 min of that has squats in it.
