Just wanted to introduce myself. I decided about three weeks ago to get fitter and healthier . I have never been way over weight but always been over weight. So three weeks ago I started eating better and started to workout. I would like to get down to 180. Right now I have lost about 3 pounds and weight 200. I decided to join the forum for a little extra support and help to get me where I need to be.
