Hey Everyone,
new to this site, but not to weight loss/cutting and fitness...
I use to be 200 pounds and very athletic at 6"4. I am now unfortunately at 319 pounds and thankfully I have a little bit of an excuse for the weight gain. I ripped both my rotator cuffs lifting weights about 3 years ago and I have not been able to do anything pain free until a little while ago. I refused to have surgery and I am so thankful I did, I have full range of my shoulders back.
Now I am kicking myself into full workout mode and eating healthy as my depressed eating habits are in the past along with my sore shoulders. I no longer lift extremely heavy and use bodyweight exercises. They can kick you A** just as good as weights and they are far more natural for your body to perform. I only use heavy weights for my leg workout.
Well I hope to get some inspiration and motivation from everyone here...
Cheers
