Hello All,
I am new here and I need to loose about 30-40lbs. I don't have a time limit. I would love to look fabulous by the winter or spring. I am trying to go a little easy on myself. I am in no race I just want to be healthy. I have a history of Diabetes and High Blood Pressure in my family so my eating habits are under close scrutiny!!
I just started my work out life today for the umteenth time. I have done the fads and I have lost and gained the same 20lbs for the last 5 years
. I need some consistancy!
I have started out walk/running on the treadmill at the gym. Hopefully this will aide in my goals. I am also incorporating in a ton of fresh fruit and veggies. I am attempting to stay away from fried foods and I am starting off drinking about 1ltr of water per day. If anyone has any suggestions for me please let me know because I can use all the help and support that I can get.
