Hey 4everSome1Else!
How are things?
Thanks for the advice, I think you're definitely right. I hadn't really done proper and regular exercise in ages, so I didn't know how much I'd be able to stick to in the beginning. But I now realise I can and will do better!
I've got a dog too, she's little but man can she run! They're a great excuse for walking, aren't they? (When the weather will let us! UK weather - not the best!)
Did you manage to go for your jog/bike ride? Do you find bike riding effective? I'm thinking about buying new tires for my bike (they broke about a years ago!) hahaha! Lazy, me?!
Thanks again for the support

I know that one day of eating badly is not going to be the end all. But you just end up hating yourself. I am back on track today and for the first time in a long time my second job is allowing me to get out at 5. So I plan on walking/jogging after work. Most of the time I have to work until 8 at night so it was very hard for me to do anything after. Not to mention I am starting a new second job soon and I will be able to leave at 5 on those days. And there will be no excuses for not working out.
