hey
hey ladies, i feel that i'm in the same boat as you all and everyone seems so supportive i'd like to join everyone!! i'm 27 years old, i weighed 120lbs up till i was 25 now i'm at 157 and i want to be at least 130 maybe 120 again. I've been having problems sticking tomy goals, i'd go to the gym for a few weeks i'd feel great but i wasn't always eating as healthy as i should, i would get down to 145lbs and then something in life would happen and side track me, i'd fail to return to the gym for a few more weeks, and it's just been that kind of cycle since.. but not that's it's spring time i'm really kicking myself for not following through when i lost that much now i've just gained it all back...... i need some support and i like seeing that i'm not the only one struggling.... so any pointers would be great especially with eating!!!

That is very good for me I have never done that before. 
So if there was any night I needed to run it would have been today. But I could not get it done. I am upset at myself for giving up. 
because I've started a new eating plan. It feels like I'm doing well so I don't want to get on the scales too early and get demotivated if I haven't had a significant weight loss!
