Yes, my friend Phate was asking FF if he ever wears shirts, because he posts alot of pics with no friggen shirt because he is all BUFF, ROUGH, TOUGH, and provides all of us on the forum with alot of FLUFF STUFF in the BUFF, and though he can be off the CUFF we all love FF well ENOUGH!

I am not going to your site. But, I would like to learn about your personal routine and your diet. What do you do for a routine? And, what do you do with your diet?

Local authorities arrested a man who was allegedly driving through town naked. Calls from several female drivers prompted police chief Jeff Tharp to arrest 30-ish year old, who authorities say was driving his vehicle without a shirt, pants. . . or anything else. Reports said the white male was pulling up next to female drivers, completely nude, and just staring at them. This happened in Michigan.......

Ok quick story that relates.

I took my lunch to a local park one day to get away from the 'puter
2 dudes were sitting in an SUV, all of a sudden 5 cops squealed up from nowhere and surrounded the SUV. They arrested the 2 guys then proceeded to search the SUV. They all started laughing and I was wondering what was going on.

The cops pulled out 4 latex gloves, some pink bottle of lotion, and a massive, girthy, bright red dildo and set these items on the hood of the SUV.

to this day I'm not sure what the gloves were for but different strokes for different folks I suppose LOL

biceps:
straightbar w/ 65-70 lbs
standing preacher dumbbell curls 25 lbs each
seated incline alternating dumbbell curls 30 lbs each

Legs:
lunges w/12 lb dumbbells
standing dumbbell squats using 12 lbs
sled 160 lbs
hamstring curls 90 lbs

shoulders:
miltary press, machine weight plus added 20-25 lbs
standing front dumbbell raises 15-20 lbs each
side raises 12 lbs each
sometimes cable w rope between legs for front raises 30-40 lbs

back:
lat pulldown 100 lbs
standing pull downs 80 lbs
pullups
standing row w/ cable 90-100 lbs

abs:
decline weighted abs w/30 lb dumbbell
side bends w/25 or 45 lbs

chest:
incline bench 20 lbs
chest fly 60 lbs

Hope that gives you an idea......
 
What's your diet like?

I'd have to agree with an earlier post that your bod is a true motivation. I've hit a plateau forever now and can't get toned. But just gotta keep trying. Thanks.
 
My diet is pretty clean. Mostly chicken and veggies. I don't eat much pasta or bread.....

Are you trying to keep your carbs low? Anything wrong with eating bread (the ones with good ingredients, I assume) in your opinion? Is there a "goal reason" you are eliminating the good pasta and breads?
