Hey, I need some weight loss tips for my dad. He ways 350, maybe. He has major sores on his legs and the doctors say it's because of his weight. So, he can't walk long without his back or his legs hurting like crazy. Which kinda takes away from the treadmill or much use of weights. I am trying to find which diet is best for him to lose weight. Id like to get him down 50-100 pounds without much use of walking or weight lifting. I know this might sound far fetched, but his condition is serious and real. He has been trying hard to lose weight. He knocked out sweets(completely) and is eating less at dinner time. Maybe you guys can help me with any good choices of diet pills/vitamins or a good eating plan. Please help and thanks ahead of time. If it helps he is 46 years old and 6'4".
