I am a junior at high school currently. 16years old, height 5 ft. 6 in., 166lbs
I recently took a blood test that said I have high blood pressure and cholesterol.
I joined a track team in hopes that it will help me lower them. However, I am finding that I have trouble keeping up with the rest of the team. I was wondering if there is anyone that could help me with this. What I can do to train and get in better shape. I would also like to gain some muscle as well, but all the people on the weight team were strong but really fat as well, which I would like to avoid. Any thought would be appreciated. Again I am new to exercise and the coach doesn't help much for individual needs so I could use any info or training schedule ideas anyonce can offer. Thank you in advance
