Search for fullbody workouts in this forum. You'll find more than enough responses to similar questions for you to structure a balanced, effective workout.

ok also I don't just want to jump in to wieght trianing and not do my favorited cardio workouts is it ok for me to wieght train full body in the morning and then in the afternoon at like 7pm I could do I full body cardio? plus my school is about to start back in a month or two and I'm going to be a noob in high school so can you guys please tell how can I balence out School and workout time just give me your school/workout sceduals if you are still kids or if your an adult tell me how you used to deal with this

Rather than split your workouts, weight train 3 days a week and then cardio train the remaining 3 days. This leaves you on rest day.

Shouldn't be hard to balance you schedule. You don't need more than 45 - 60m per day in the gym. Go before school starts, or right after. Give up TV, or Video Games...you'll find the time.

see thats where I'm stuck my mom works till 8pm so I can't go to a gym and all I have are dumbells and my mom refuses to get barbells becouse I have a lil brother see I need to know a full body workout scedual that has both weight and cardio but I can't do bench press stuff becouse bench presses alone cost from 1000 to who nows whay money all I know is they cost alot

You don't need to be in a gym to do cardio. All you need is the road. But if you insist on doing both in the same day, you can go ahead and split them up. (Do your weight training in the AM)

As for the full body workout, again, search the posts. You'll find so much great information!

Get some adjustable dumbbells most will let you go up to like 45 pounds at least. 15 pounds really won't last you for long. Adjustable dumbbells are realyl cheap actually. Just look at a local walmart (I'm not sure where you live but if you ahve walmarts then go there)

alright thatnks you guys are awsome and I know you don't have to be in a gym ta do cardio cuz I've been doing cardio for a year and just started doing wieghts about 2 and a half weeks ago
