I have polycystic ovary syndrome and was told by my endocrinologist that any weight loss will not be easy. Not what I wanted to hear. I started a jogging program about 4 weeks ago and really started counting calories about two weeks ago. I've lost about 8 lbs, but haven't lost any the last 10 days. My jogging program has me up to running 8 minutes, walking 2 minutes for three reps. I've been taking in about 1500 -1600 calories. My pants are feeling looser, but I would like to see the poundage come off.
