33 yrs, 5'4, 255 lbs...female, Hey folks, I've been eating healthy...according to Weight Watchers but I do not attend meetings...my struggle is at night, after dinner about 8:30pm, I want to eat again, not snack but eat. Obviously we all know eating right before bed is an awful habit. I really need some help in finding a way to stop that habit or at least some support cuz I know all about finding a new habit but the old one is still really hard to break. It is only my second day so I'm hoping it will get easier but any help would be appreciated! Thanks to all!!
