new and need some help

I have been browsing around reading forums and what not learned alot of good information but i still have some questions i would like to target. I work out every single day except the weekends. I have just recently started workin out about 2 weeks ago, everyday. Should i strength train like MWF and is it till okay to go on thu and thurs to run. I usually lift for about an hour a day and finish with some cardio. I workout my whole body as i feel that is the best way to work out. I also take Muscle milk which i find a tollerable protien shake. I have a hard time eating like i should cause im so busy. So i usually have a shake in the morning, in the afternoon b4 i work out and then one b4 bed. Is that to much? Thank you for your time and go easy on me im new
 
It all depends on you. Some like to run little every day and do certain muscle groups on Mon and Thur and other groups on Tues and Fri with a break on Wed. If you think what your doing right now is not working, maybe change it a a little.
