Hi guys. I have joined this forum in hopes thats I'll get into shape again. As of now, I am 15 years old, about 5 feet 8-9, and weigh 165 pounds. Ever since I quit playing basketball (personal reasons), I sort of let myself go. I gained some weight and got out of shape. It's almost a new year, and I want to start it off fresh, in hopes that I'll lose that stubborn belly fat and get toned again. Most of my fat is in my stomach and thighs. I look at myself and I cant believe I've let myself get to this. If someone would be helpful enough to give me some newcomer tips and point me to some solid places, I would be really grateful. (PS: I enjoy running and biking if that helps any. Last year I could bench about 150 something...)
