Hi all!
I'm a 40 year old married mom of 2 who weighs (ugh) 215 pounds. I gained 25back just last year after a successful period where I lost 21 pounds with daily cardio and alternating days of weight lifting and eating 1200 calories a day. I stopped working out every day and well, I pigged out.
So, now I have a goal, I need to drop 30 pounds before a trip mid-May. That is my second goal; my first is 20 by April 15th. I believe I can do it if I stick to my plan of 5 days of cardio and 1200 calories per day. I have a ridiculously slow metabolism and if I don't work out, I will barely lose anything. I am also so tired by the time I get home from work (I am a teacher) that I take a nap as soon as I get in the door. The fatigue is unbearable.
So I am trying Hydroxycut, not because I believe it will melt the fat off but to give me the energy I need to function and get to the gym. A friend of mine used it and dropped 60 pounds in 6 months and has kept it off for a year, with diet and exercise.
I started yesterday and I was able to complete my workout effortlessly (I am only taking 1 pill at a time, not 2, to start). I did not have any odd side effects so far. If I do I am not foolish enough to keep taking it.
So, I'm taking this step to post here to hopefully keep me on track. I am encouraged by everyone's success.
