Hello all. I'm assuming I'm going to be part of a minority here as I am only 17 years old and about 165 pounds at 5'11. You'd think this would mean I were thin, but I'm carrying a significant amount of extra weight that I would desperately like to lose. I'll probably post some pictures at some point to help keep track of any progress I make. I am not overly concerned with losing weight, but more with turning my fat into muscle. Regardless I feel this forum will be an excellent source of motivation for this change in my life, so I hope nobody holds it against me that I am not all that heavy.
