Needing Help

I am 23 working mom and a student. I have very little time.
recently I have started gaining weight rather quickly and I am rather worried.
I weighed in on my birthday nov.24 5 ft 1 @ my weight was 117 now Iam almost one 140 That was my wieght 3 yrs ago at nine monthe pregnant. From what i can tell Iam not eating alot although i really could quit drinking soda 2 cans daily not good for me I know. I need some guidance on how to get back to the way i was and how to keep this from hapening again.:confused: Iam not wanting to be tiny just average before it gets out of control obesity runs in my family.
 
Have you checked with your doctor to be sure there's not a medical condition you're not currently aware of? Past that, you might want to consider posting a journal in the Women's Health Diary section - with your goals, diet, and exercise plans, and you'll undoubtedly get advice and suggestions.

In general though, you want to have a diet of whole, natural foods, combined with a training program that includes cardiovascular training as well as resistance/strength training. Both of these together will help you reach your desired goals.
