Need you advice

I am doing body building for about 7 years. I am 37 years old.
I weight 59 Kg.there is a few days that some of my friends tell me my body type is getting bigger( which i don't want it at all)
now i want you to help me for these questions
1- is there any website to check my body size which is fited or not?
2- is it possible to quit body building and do aerobics instead of it , and my body doesn't lose its muscle?
3- if i want to make smaller my arms ,what kind of excersie i should do and i how many sets and reps?
