I am turning 31 in April. I have recently put on weight in my stomach due to stopping drinking. My pecs have become flabby and I am trying to get my beach body.
I am looking to tone up my arms (including forearms), chest and abs (flatten or work on the pack). I am at a weight that I enjoy which is 155, but would like to put on about 5-10lbs.
If anyone has some good workout routines or links to information that may be helpful please post. I have researched on MensFitness.com there 12 week Elite Beach Body routine, but have also done German Volume Training before. I want something that is going to show results early, but will be a routine that I can do alone and that gets the best results.
Also nutrition advice is welcome as well.
