Need to reduce body fat

Hey there,
I know some of you guys here have a body fat of 10 and less....what kind of food regime and exercises do you have to follow to get that kind of body fat....My body fat right now is at 14 - 15....I do weight training 3 times a week and do cardio 3 days....( i do run for 2 - 3 miles on the days i do weight training as well)....as for diet, i do take a lot of fruits and veggies and meat (well, mainly chicken and fish...not too much red meat)....do i need to take supplements on top of these....i do have whey protein after my workout, but that is pretty much the only supplement that i take....do i need to other supplements.....please advise on what i could do to reduce my body fat....

Have you tried eating less? XD Just playin', man.

Looks like the rest is fine, but fat loss happens when calories in < (are less than) calories out. Read the stickies. :) The weight training ones, as well.
 
Get stronger. As you get stronger you get more muscle, as you get more muscle you burn more calories, as you burn more calories you get more slim.

You do not need to take supplements to be fit.
 
  • Try upping your protein intake
  • Drinking More Water
  • Lowering Sodium Intake
  • Lowering your carbs (limit carbs to fruits/vegetables)
  • Lifting heavier (1-6 reps ; sometimes till failure)
  • Doing HIIT cardio instead of mile runs
