Hi All,
I have recently been given the 'all clear' from having a highly over active thyroid. Having been on tablets for nearly 2 years I have gained nearly 3 stone in weight mostly around my stomach and chest area. I'd like to lose this but there are a few issues......
1, I don't like fish. I've tried to eat it, tried cooking it different ways but I just can't stomach it.
2, I don't like vegetables. Again, tried to eat them but they just make me feel sick trying to eat them. I can eat things like potatoes, peppers onions, tomatoes carrots if they are cut up and cooked in with something like a chilli.
3, I'm not too clued up on carbs, protein, etc...... When people say 'you must eat less carbs' or something along those lines, they might as well be talking in a different language because I just don't know what it what?
I'm not scared of exercise and I'm quite happy to go to a gym or buy a home gym etc.
I know it's a lot to ask and I sound like a fussy eater but I have really tried to eat the above but just can keep it down. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
