Need to loose at least 10 lbs before bootcamp

Hello, I am new to the forum and need some help. I recentley joined the air force and i leave for basic training march 20th. Well i am 5'10" and i weigh around 195-198 and for my weight i have to weigh 191 the day before i leave, I weighed 230 the end of august and i started working out eating better and then i was taking phentermine which really helped me with energy and surpressing my appetite, Well now im stuck at 195-198 and need to get to at least like 185 for some buffer but want to get to like 175 just cause, by march 19th What would you all suggest. I just cant get these last few pounds off i have been running and lifting light weights and still eating right. Thanks you so much for your help

what is your schedule like and what routine have you been sticking to? Obviously nutrition is a huge factor, but if you feel that you've been doing everything right so far, I would say to add more cardio possibly some high intensity interval training for fat loss, and tweak your lifting routine...but back to the main question, schedule/routine?

Look into the Homegrown Muscle routine on the Men's Helath website. It is a great full body circuit that many have had great success with in cutting body fat.
