Need some tips for a new person to this forum

Ok tips I want to know, first one i need different exercises for making my lungs stronger. I do not smoke at all and never hair, but i want to make my lungs stronger so I can improve my stamina.

While being able to run faster, next thing I want tips and exercises for improving my height. But I do not have any weights at home at the moment; also i have not been up the gym, since last month because i have had other stuff to pay for.

I also like eating & drinking this stuff:

Flora with omega 3 instead of butter
Apples
Chicken
Cod
Grapes
peanut butter
Yought

A juice with 5 vegetables in them as well as a mix of fruits.
Non Contrate orange juice.

And some other stuff which I cannot remember. So what other food or drinks, do you think I may like which almost tastes the same as that. While being healthy, plus I do drink milk and water.

As well I like white break, and for cereal i eat weaterbix, which is in honey and nut flavour. Another thing I also walk to work, and when I walk to town. Well its a 30 minute walk.

I also like walking as well as running. But anyway I already do different forms of exercises at home. Including a forum of pull up which i am standing at an angle, as well as situps and pullups.

Plus crunchs and some others, which I cannot remember. So hopfully any of you will be willing to help me out.

By telling me some Exercises & Tips.

P.S: I am looking to by a cardio and rowing machine for home.
