Need some serious help... dont laugh

Please dont laugh :( Ive been picked on my entire life and its now time for me to do a change. This picture is of me now... I used to be a rather big fellow and lost a lot of weight... I dont know I always give up... I see these other guys and they are huge... then there are some people who are jerks and just laugh and poke fun at you and that just wants me to buy acouple Big Macs at McDonalds... I dont do that... but thats how I feel... I dont know what drives me anymore.

Anyways... Ive been going to the gym on and off really and now I really want to shape up... and I dont know what I mean by that.

What should I do from this point? What would others want me to do?

Gain more muscle? loss more weight?

In honestly I would like to gain a little more muscle and then tone out. I dont know what kind of schedule I should work on. Id like to develop my chest more cause I feel that is the weakest thing I have going for me... How can I develop them more? Ive been doing bench preshes, dumbbell press and 45 and flat on my back. Also I want to fill up my shoulders, and bis and tris...

Should I gain muscle first... then loss the wieght? But I heard if I loss weight... I also loss muscle. I am totally lost. I lift wieghts but it really isnt a regime... its whatever I feel like doing that day... or whatever isnt sore. I need some help here. I dont know where to start or begin.

I would recommend you do a 6-8 week muscle building cycle to start, and then see where you are. It will be a little easier to loose fat later if you still need to if you have a little more muscle mass. You should definately find a good 3 day per week whole body routine and stick to it for at least 6-8 weeks. Look around these forums, you will find some good routines or links to them.

I'd agree with the other poster, bulk first, then cut. You dont look to have that much fat on you, once you start hitting the weights hard, you'll see a big difference. And once you cut, you'll certainly see the benefits of what you've done.

I'd suggest some multi-vitamins, Fish Oil Pills, and some creatine (Creatine Ethyl Ester) for you while bulking up.

Good luck.

your current shape is actually pretty good to start bodybuilding

IMO i would get a good trainer to help you build a good routine for weight lifting and at the same time do like 30 minutes cardio for 3-4 days a week
