need some help

hi every body

i'm 177 cm and 61 kilos , i have some problem ,when any body look at me they always say how skini i am but i don't feel that , ya i look thin with the clothes but not without it!!
i lost 20 kilos 10 years ago (with not eating thing and walking <<stupid me)and thanx god i mentin the wight.
i have now the kind of body that called (fat skini people) if i'm not wrong.
i need some help to have tone body. i wanna wear bikinii without feeling shy!
i started to workout at home , i walk on tridmail for 30min 2.5 speed and 8 inch then i do lung 2 set , sques 2 set and some abs workout>>> is this enugh for me. ( i do the exersice before going to bed).
i try to eat healthy as much i can.

i need some advice for workout routines and when i will see the reslut.

note: sorry if my english is not good , im in progress to improve it :blush5:
 
Hi! welcome to the forum!

I can't tell you much about exercising as I'm hardly an expert. However we have a sister site, www.fitness.com that focuses more on exercising and less on the weight loss part. You might want to check it out!

Also, it sounds like maybe you need to work on self esteem some?? You worked hard and got the weight off...you should be proud!
