I lost 10 lbs (yay) but then gained 6 lbs back (boo). I'm getting very frustrated and impatient. And, worst of all, insecure. I'm tired of panting like a dog when I walk up the stairs to get to my classes AND having my grandma tell me if only I "lost the extra weight" I would have a boyfriend. Seriously, it's getting annoying. I want to start losing and be at a HEALTHY weight! I also really don't want to get diabetes. (Btw I'm 19, 5'0" and 174 lbs currently. Bummer.)
Does anyone have any helpful tips on losing weight, dieting, exercising, and staying motivated? What worked best for you?
