I am a high school senior who is 18 years old, and in need of some desperate help. I have been heavier all of high school, but no one could really guess that I am over weight. I look muscular in my clothing, but I'm not once the shirt comes off. I have always found alternative ways to change clothes before gym class, and before my sporting events. I have had countless lies, about not going to a pool party, or going somewhere with a hot tub, because I'm extremely embarrassed about my figure. I'm a big basketball and baseball player. My basketball season isn't going so well and i contribute that to my weight issues. Baseball season is coming up, and I'm quitting basketball tomorrow after practice, just so that I can get into shape, because I'm going to try and walk on a team whenever i attend college. So hhere's some facts:

218 pounds- current
185 pounds- goal
I wish to achieve this goal within 2.5 months.
As of tomorrow, all I will be drinking is tons of water, some gatorade, and milk. I will also be eating smaller portions of meals, and cutting all the junk food completely out of my life.
I'm also going to start to run everyday, ride a bike 4 times a week, and lift 5 days a week.
Will all this help? or will i still be the fat kid?
also...side topic but...I've been looking through some weight loss pills, and some protein/creatine products.
do any of these work?
and what should i do first, concentrate on losing the weight?, or can i worry about losing the weight and gaining muscle at the same time?
I'm in dire need of help people. PLEASE LET ME KNOW ANYTHING THAT COULD HELP ME OUT, ALSO PUSH ME! MAKE SURE I STICK WITH THIS PLAN, AND HELP ME ACHIEVE MY GOALS.
