Here's the thing. Ill be 16 in 2 months. Im about 6 foot and weigh around 190. No im not fat by any means as i play lacrosse and b-ball but i do have a decent belly due to my extremely unhealthy diet, order lunch every day, fast food etc. I also play video games a good amount. But the thing is summer is coming up and that means beach and i want to actually have something to show when i take my shirt off. And a few girls have caught my eye well ya know haha. Now i was wondering if someone could give me some basic diet tips like what to pack for lunch and have for snacks. I also need to develop and exericse routine that i could do in my room.
