Need some help with a six pack.

Here's the thing. Ill be 16 in 2 months. Im about 6 foot and weigh around 190. No im not fat by any means as i play lacrosse and b-ball but i do have a decent belly due to my extremely unhealthy diet, order lunch every day, fast food etc. I also play video games a good amount. But the thing is summer is coming up and that means beach and i want to actually have something to show when i take my shirt off. And a few girls have caught my eye well ya know haha. Now i was wondering if someone could give me some basic diet tips like what to pack for lunch and have for snacks. I also need to develop and exericse routine that i could do in my room.

There is really no easy way to get nice abs but you have the right idea. I would definitely pack a couple pb&j sandwiches, yogurt, cream cheese, oranges, cuties, and grapes. You need to pack enough so that you aren't getting hungry and heading for the fast food anyway. Also start drinking only water or very diluted gatorade. Don't waste calories on soda and gatorade. You also need to get in a few extra ab workouts. I am sorry if you thought there would be a magic answer but there isn't. I wrote a very good article about losing belly fat.
