Ay yo my name is sean for awhile i was getting into power lifting at the time i was 6'0 270 getting ready for the military my bench was weak and deadlift was weak, in about 3 months i got down to 225 pounds my bench upto 295 and my deadlift about 450 almost 500 etc then i left for the military when i came home for christmas i was about 205 pounds, and still working out and running getting close to 200 pounds when i went back about a month later they found a tumor in my leg and put me on a medical profile where i wasnt allowed to do any physical training, so i came home in april and i havent really done anything because ive been pending surgery but right now i dont see me getting surgery any time soon and ive gained back too much weight i need to get back in shape ive gained allmost 45-50 pounds since ive been home because i was so use to being able to eat what i wanted while i was working out and such, im looking for someone whos around me (New Jersey) to lift with (i always find it easier to lift with someone for the motivational factor and/or someone to help me come up with a nice 5 day work out plan / 7 day diet plan i can live by, message me on AIM xxmrbootsxx or pm me in here
