Need some expert advise for my fitness routine please!!

So I joined the gym a month ago. I've bee doing Pilates (M,W,F) and Barre Fit (T,Th,Sa) with 20-25 min fast pace walking on the treadmill for each day after the class. A week ago I started weight lifting as I learned that's the way to go to loose fat. So here I am trying to find the best routine/combination days maintaining the Pilates and Barre Fit (I don't mind the treadmill) and incorporating the weights. I read that I could do the weights after the classes or even different days, what would the best option to loose fat and tone my body?

By the way, I'm a female, 36 y.o. 143 lb and 5' 5".

Thanks all for your inputs!

I'm not exactly sure what the Barre Fit classes are? From what I can tell, these classes make use of a ballet bar... Are these classes mostly strength-based or cardio-based?

You're actually in a great position right now if you have all of those different forms of exercise that you enjoy. I would say that you should not be doing strength training of a particular muscle group more often than every other day. It depends what these classes focus on, but you might be able to get away with 3 days per week of either the Barre Fit OR strength training (with a focus on the arms & legs), with pilates on the 'in-between' days (focusing on the core - abdominals, back, & pelvic stability).

Thank you for your replies. Barre Fit is described as a combination class, incorporating both cardio and strength elements. From the gym's flier...
Barre Fit: Achieve long, lean muscles while gaining strength, power and flexibility with this dynamic class. Tone your arms, abdominal and lower body in this class inspired by the principles of Lotte Berk, Pilates and Modern dance.
Update: I'm doing the weights now on the days I go to Pilates (M, W, F). I do 2 killer sets with 8-12 reps with the max weight.
Am I being impatience here? I haven't lost an ounce! My diet is pretty much healthy (I'm a vegetarian and eat mostly low fat foods and tons of veggies, seeds, legumes and fruits) with a day/week where I indulge on a scoop or two of ice cream. For the record I have a clean bill of health.
I'm considering incorporating a supplement to help me out burn that stubborn fat away, and I just recently started adding a protein shake/day. I don't know what else to do to break out of this plateau. All advise is welcome!
