Hi, guys... I have this really great gourmet fresh salsa, and I'm not sure what to do with it, since it's got a lot of watery juices in the container with it.
(I got it from my mom, I don't ususually spend that sort of money on condiments.. LOL)
I considered pouring off the juices, but I thought that I might lose the flavor...
but then I thought.....
"Hey... monster... maybe you could try cooking it on low heat, to keep the flavor, and just REDUCE the salsa"
Would this work? Anyone????
OR>.... and I just being paranoid about pouring off the juices?
Which is the better option!???? :banghead:
thanks in advance!!!!!

Do you have anything to cook it with that would absorb the water/ juices? Can you try some of the liquid and see how flavoursome it is? Alternately, you could try cooking it and mixing in some cornflour to thicken it up. Or just have it in a dish (in a bowl) where it doesn't matter that it's a bit watery (particularly if you're like me- when no one's looking- and you just drink the excess out of the bowl :leaving: )
