Need some/alot of help - my story (with pics)

Hello guys,

been surfing around the site for a couple of months now, & i chose to sign up here because you don't tend to cover the truth in honey or drop things easy. so here's my story that i share with my pics for the first time.

10 years ago back in high school i started putting on weight (junk food) until i reached 140KG !! i was huge.. after i started collage i started seeing a nutritionist who helped me shred off about 40 kg over 3 years time to reach 100 kg.

after graduation i started my career & gained about 10 kg to be in the range of 107-110 for another 4 years.

back in September 2012 i started doing a masters degree & realized that i literally ****ed up my body. So i started working out and dieting.

today and after 6 months of dieting (1600 calories per day) & 3 months of daily GYM workout ( 20 min cardio, 50 min weight lifting) i have lost 26 kg reaching 84kg body mass. last week i checked my body fat percentage at the GYM using TANITA BC-418 body composition analyzer. the result was 13.5% ( which i think i very unrealistic !! (See attached pics)

a week ago people starting commenting that i look too skinny for my height (188cm) (narrow shoulders) so i stopped dieting & im now at maintenance calories (2300 calories per day) im still working out at the gym every day with (10 min cardio & 50 min weight lifting).
i almost forgot that i recently started taking some protein powder (whey) pre & post workout (about 30 gm of protein) overall daily protein intake is about (120-150g)

now given my pic's attached, mt target is to get fit as possible & im ready to do anything to do so. i know that i won't ever be with the perfect body (too much extra skin) but i would like to hear your comments and opinions on :

1. what do you recommend for me to do (diet & workout wise)
2. what is the best body shape that i could get into (don't go easy on me, i always expect the worse)

appreciate your opinions & help.

P.S. i have a disgusting body nature ( boobs/love handles...etc.)

Hello,

Congrats on your weight loss and I commend you for being brave enough and intelligent enough to address your health. With the overall Fitness it seems like you're headed in the right direction so far with the calories, protein intake and exercise. I have a few questions for you before I can give the best possible answers.
What does your weight training program look like?
Do you have any health issues?
Do you have any pain on a regular basis?
What is your preferred exercise activity?
Have you tried working with a trainer?
Do you consume alcohol if so how many in one sitting?
Do you use tobacco?
Do you take any other medications?
Have you had a physical recently?
These are a few basic questions I would ask any client to get an idea of what I am working with and get an idea of what the possible fitness ceiling could be.
