Ok...so i'm 19 and i know that i'm not in shape. I weigh 194 pounds and am 6ft tall. I think i have a pretty good start on this since i dont think i'd need to bulk at all. Right now I'd like to really focus on eating healthier. I really just eat small junk snacks throughout the day. I need something like a regulated eating schedule. If anyone could help me out with setting up a diet I'd greatly appreciate it.
