Hi, I joined this site seeking some needed advice. Here is my situation: I am 17 years old, 120lb and around 5'6. I'm a senior in high school, just finished my cross country season and going to start Track & Field next year (in a few months). Its my second year doing this and I'm fairly fit, just fairly skinny and my rib cage shows easily when I stretch (getting these complaints from my girlfriend and my family that my bones show and I'm too skinny etc...).
Now, I have the choice of either doing the Insanity program or P90x. Problem is I really don't want to get bulky, I'd prefer just getting toned. I don't have a lot of fat, so the second problem is, I don't want to lose anymore weight or get any skinnier than I already am.
I've heard insanity will make you lose a lot of weight and that P90x will give you a lot of muscle mass. Please help me decide which program would be better for me.
