Hey everyone! I am new to this website, but I thought it would be a good idea to try it out. I have recently lost 40 lbs since March (as of July 31), but I still don't look the way I want to. I still have weird pockets of fat under my armpit, a flabby chest and flabby underarms, and I still have fat on my stomach area. I want to be toned and lean, but I fear that during my weight losing stage I lost a lot of muscle, more muscle than fat. So my question is: What should I do now? I can't tell where to go from here; should I strive to lose more fat or is it just flabby, untoned muscle? I am trying to be in top shape for when I go to school in September because my entire life I've always been kind of heavy.
