need motivation

Hi all of you...

My weight is 175 lbs and i am hypertensive. Trying to lose weight sice 10 years. Nothing successful.

Kindly help , motivate , guide and wish me success...

welcome! the best way to lose weight is by counting calories and exercising, but nobody can force you to do it. You have to commit to it

Just tell yourself this is what you want and need, be the voice inside your head that says hey i can do this and just make the right choices for yourself. its not easy its a process to retrain your mind and body but if you stick to it youll do great! :)

It all comes down to wanting it bad enough. The next time some junk food arrives in front of you, ask yourself "Do I want to eat this trash and be satisfied for the next 10 minutes? Or should I avoid this and be satisfied with a fit body for a LOT longer?"

Rinse and repeat.


Also, check out the stickies for the quality information. IMO, information is 20% of the battle, and the rest is discipline/effort.
