need mens advice :)

ok I am 5'3 and about 105lbs. I have a model build long legs and long stomach which is awesome, but I am trying to gain some muscle weight especially in my arms. My stomach and legs tone easily. My arms are toned, but look really skinny and I want them to look bigger. Not overly built though. Does anyone know any workouts that are good for that. Also I like to see results fast which everyone tells me is hard when building muscle. But my abs show results within like a week or two when I start working them out. Any advice? PM me or reply. Use weights that are heavy enough for you. Try to do 8-12 reps a set for however many sets till you get tired. This will make your muscles bigger, but you're not going to look like a bodybuilder, so don't even sweat it. Try to do exercises like shoulder pressing, incline and decline bench, reverse/regular curls, and various pull-up and pull-down exercises.
 
it depends on the individual, goals, so on and so forth. Genetics has a part to play too. Some see results in 6-8 weeks, some takes longer.
