Ok so basically im a newbie to the weight room. I am trying to work on my chest alot since thats the one area i would like to improve the most. I mostly do bench and dumbell press. I have tried tons fo chest excercises but i can't feel my chest working at all on any of them. When I do bench press,db press; incline, flat, or decline, flys or incline bench press i feel absolutely no burn in my chest or soreness the next day. The only thing that makes my chest sore is pushups. What am i doing wrong on these excercises.I can feel it in my delts really bad and they usually hurt. I have tried many different things, i arch my back,try to squeeze my shoulder blades together, keep my elbows in or out but nothing lets me feel the burn or any tension for that matter in my chest. Any advice would be great
