Need injury advice, quick

I've been at the chiropractor for the past month getting re-hab, and I think I just threw my lower back out again.

I can't bend over at all, but I can still run and walk normally.

What will I do in order to stay in shape for the next few weeks?!

Should I continue with cardio, just at a lower pace for longer time and still lift?

Advice please!
