Need help

I've been going to the gym and lost 25lbs and I am now at 171.
I started this new diet because now I want to gain muscle today is my third day on it and wanted to know if this diet is good for bulking.


Meal 1:

1 cup oatmeal with blueberries and cinnamon
50g Species Isolyze protein
Shot of apple cider vinegar
Cup of green tea

Meal 2:
8oz chicken breast
1 tbsp peanut butter

Meal 3:
12.5oz tuna
1 cup broccoli

Meal 4:
8oz chicken breast
4oz string beans

Meal 5:
8oz chicken breast
4oz string beans

Meal 6:
12.5oz tuna
1 cup broccoli
50g Species Isolyze protein
Cup of green tea

Meal 7:
8oz chicken breast
4oz string beans
1 tbsp of peanut butter

That diet will work, I think, but I would run it through fitday.com or a similar program. I would also incorporate some flexibility or are you going to eat the same thing every day? 100g of protein is too much. At most, 1 g/kg of bodyweight is needed for very hard workouts by advanced athletes. .5g / kg would probably be fine for you. That would be about 50g / day.

As for your workouts, I would drop about 2/3 of all those exercises - who needs 12 exercises in 1 session? If you do the full body workouts - deadlift, bench, squat, pullups, dips, and incorporate a cardio program, you will accomplish your goals.
