need help

im 5'10" 170 lbs. Ive been working out for a while lost over 30 lbs of fat in the process. I go to the gym around 5-6 times a week doing about 10-20 min cardio and 1hr of weight lifting. I have been noticing big changes but for the past 1 month -2 months i havnt noticed anything. I still feel fat cause i cant get rid of that belly.

any advice on what i should do to get rid of the fat. I can feel my abs but cant see them cause of this layer of fat i cant get rid of.
 
Full core strength workout every 48 hours. Try this:

1. Crunches
2. Reverse sit-up
3. Hip raise
4. 30-degree leg raise
5. Sit-up with leg raise
6. Russian twist
7. Crossover crunch
8. Seated trunk circle
9. Hip rotation

Aim for 3 sets of each, as many reps as you feel comfortable doing to begin with, then aim for 20 - 30 reps each set.

Then you should start to notice those muscles popping out ;)

he said he can feel his abs but cant see them,doing all those ab exercises wont lose the fat,only diet can do that,cals in v cals out,

to the OP either cut back on the cals or burn more through exercise.
 
as buzz says, training the abs is fine, but it doesn't get rid of the excess fat still covering them.

eat less. try cycling carbs (low carbs on cardio days, moderate carbs on weight training days). try fasted steady state cardio first thing in the morning.
